Accident happened near Coon Valley early Sunday

The young woman killed in a La Crosse County crash this weekend is being identified as a Westby resident, 18-year-old Haley Fauske.

She reportedly was driving on Highway 14 near Coon Valley early Sunday morning when the car went out of control and flipped onto its side, eventually rolling onto its top.

Fauske was thrown from the car. She was declared dead at the scene.
