Public opp. to ride towboat
Part of conference next week on Mississippi River
Delegates from 16 countries are expected to attend the meeting of the International Society for River Science, which happens all next week at the La Crosse Center.
Those delegates attending the conference on the Mississippi River, as well as the public, will also get a chance to go aboard a working towboat.
Brennan Marine will offer tours on towboat ‘Barbara B,’ which will be docked at Riverside Park. The tours will be available noon-5 p.m. Sunday.
