Campbell gets half million dollar road loan

The Town of Campbell gets a helping hand from Madison, for keeping its roads and streets in good condition. The State Trust Fund has approved a loan of 550-thousand dollars for Campbell street projects. Campbell town clerk Chad Hawkins says this loan will help the town board do maintenance work, while keeping taxes down.

 

Hawkins says the town just paid off its previous loan from the state which helped finance repairs at the intersection of Clinton and Bainbridge Streets.
