Soberfest Surges

Didn’t start big.   But Soberfest has grown.  The one day celebration at First Free Church in Onalaska tomorrow will draw thousands for music and fireworks where the first one just a few years ago had just several hundred people attending.  The reason for the rapid growth?  Family pastor at First Free Church, Joe Rigelskythinks it’s because the event is a community outreach that hits a niche market not many are talking about.   Brat Pack Radio headlines the entertainment at Soberfest which bills itself as a safe, family-friendly, alcohol-free alternative to other festivals.
