Minnesota Lawmaker Expects MNSure Failure Soon

Apparently, they can’t read.  That’s the only reason Minnesota state rep Greg Davids can see for six US Supreme court justices voting to uphold the subsidies in Obamacare for those states that haven’t set up their own exchanges.  He doesn’t understand how a reasonable person can look at the law, read subsidies for only state exchanges, and figure lawmakers didn’t mean it.

 

Despite the ruling, Davids says the state-run exchange in Minnesota, MNSure, is still on the rocks and he expects failure of that to come soon.
