Over a Million in Capital Projects for La Crosse Schools

Improvements are coming to the La Crosse School District. Building and Grounds Supervisor, Joe Ledvina updated the school board this week and the proposed $1.2 million in work that is to be done throughout the district over the next 2 years.  The work includes projects like a new softball field, energy efficient lighting and additional classroom space. 

 

Classroom space is being eyed for Emerson Elementary, Hamilton Elementary and North Woods Elementary. Central High School may get a paved track and softball field while new play ground turf is proposed for Lincoln Middle School. Monies will come out the latest referendum approved by the community.
