Possible Shelby, La Crosse Agreement in the Works

A revenue sharing agreement between city and town? One appears to be in the works between La Crosse and Shelby. Shelby has passed resolution acknowledging people from the town use city services and agreeing to discussions regarding some sort of revenue sharing plan. Such a plan has been spurred by resistance from the city to allow a couple of high end subdivision developments in the town, citing a need to share the cost of providing city services to those areas.
