Richmond Shows Shelby Concern
Plenty government leaders licking their chops over the prospect of valuable new housing developments in the town of Shelby.
But state law says the city of La Crosse can say yes or no to either. And the city will spend the next 30 days figuring out which decision to make
La Crosse city council member Andrea Richmond who thinks, whether the developments benefit the city or not, the council should hurry up and approve them so tax money can be generated for the county, school district and town of Shelby.
