Miller Hopeful Budget Gets Passed Before Deadline

A portion of the Minnesota budget passed in the House and Senate Sunday. It bumps up higher education funding but not as much as colleges and universities wanted. Winona Senator, Jeremy Miller is on the state education committee.

Miller says come tuition increases could come now to the states buildings of higher education. Mainly two year schools. The rest of the budget has a midnight deadline as the legislative session is supposed to end then.
