Bargain For La Crosse Water Customers
La Crosse water customers are getting a relative bargain compared to what water bills could turn into relatively soon. New estimates from the DNR say adhering to new federal limits on phosphorous could cost businesses and wastewater plants around the state up to 7 billion dollars.
