Fill In Director Says VA A Bit Better

A good recommendation from his father has helped the interim director at the Tomah V-A get a relatively smooth start to his job.  John Rohrer says his dad, a World War Two veteran, has been getting treatment at the Tomah V-A, and is enthusiastic about the hospital:

Rohrer grew up in La Crosse, and took over the Tomah hospital shortly after the previous director was removed because of recent scandals.  He’s not expected to be assigned full-time to Tomah, partly because of his previous duties in Madison.
