Porn Sentencing Postponed

Sentencing in a La Crosse County child porn case has been postponed for several weeks.  William Clark the 3rd of Bangor was supposed to be sentenced yesterday on two counts of possessing pornography, but the court hearing has been rescheduled for July 9th.  Clark reached a plea agreement in October, and a charge of sexually assaulting a child was dismissed at that time.  Dozens of pornographic photos were discovered on Clark’s cellphone.  Clark has been in the La Crosse County jail for 18 months…longer than any other current inmate.
