Judge Switcharoo

Judge James Daley may have lost his race for the state Supreme Court last month, but he’ll get to remain as the chief judge for his area of Wisconsin.  The high court has re-appointed four chief judges within their administrative districts.  That means Buffalo and Pepin County Judge James Duvall continues as the chief judge for the district including La Crosse and several surrounding counties.  The chief judge develops budgets and works to control the flow of cases through circuit courts.
