Walker Defends UW System Proposed Cuts
On Friday at UW-L, UW System President Ray Cross was on one side of La Crosse talking about how the governor’s $300 million proposed cut to the system would have drastic effects. On the other side of La Crosse, Governor Scott Walker was defending the cuts while stopping at Copeland Park to talk tourism.
What does Cross think will ultimately happen with a cut? He says so much of it depends on the revenues that they anticipate hearing about this week, Monday through Friday.
