Digging Time On Lot C

The groundbreaking has begun on La Crosse County’s Lot C:

Heavy equipment is tearing up the concrete in what used to be the courthouse parking lot.  Slabs of concrete and blacktop are being stacked up in the middle of the block.  Weber Holdings will soon begin construction on millions of dollars worth of business and residential buildings, including a new Associated Bank.
