Deke Slayton Airfest Cancelled

The Deke Slayton Airfest for 2015 has been cancelled. According to organizers, the heavy construction on I-90 and other numerous road projects going on would have hampered the ability to shuffle over 20 thousand people around the La Crosse area. There also will be no show in 2016 due to ongoing construction to roads and bridges. Plans are now in the works for a 2017 Deke Slayton Airfest.
