17 Year Old Picks Up Homicide Charge
A 17 year old boy is facing attempted homicide charges after a stabbing in Clark County. Matthew Gebhardt was arrested last Wednesday when police were called to a report that someone had been stabbed in the neck. When they arrived at the home, they found a 27 year old man suffering stab wounds. He was taken to a hospital in Marshfield, where he is still being treated. They arrested Gebhardt at the scene. Apparently the two had been arguing before the stabbing. Police say the argument started when a women punched the suspect after an agreement that she could punch him in the face if she drank a shot of liquor with him. The victim ended up being stabbed with a pocket knife. Gebhardt is being held on a half million dollar cash bond.
