Alternate Side Tickets Drop

Alternate side parking tickets dropped significantly over the winter in La

Crosse.  City police say under 13 thousand tickets were handed out for violating the city’s alternate side parking rules that went into effect in November.  That’s a 25% decrease from last year’s total over 17 thousand tickets.  Most of those written are for 10 bucks but can increase to up to 40 dollars.  Alternate side parking ends tonight in the city.
