Body Discovered In Mississippi Downtown

A body is found in the river this morning, not far from the twin bridges…

Dive crews and emergency vehicles were sent to the riverfront, after reports of a body being seen in the water.  Dan Deicher is checking out the scene:

The medical examiner also has arrived at the river.  It’s not certain yet whether the person was male or female.  Some sources believe it might be the body of a fisherman who went missing last fall when his boat went through the locks at the Dresbach dam.
