Man’s Body Found In Tomah Hotel

A man’s dead body was found in a northside Tomah hotel this morning. Police tell us that cops were called out around 7:30 a.m.

Cops say the cause of death is unknown pending an autopsy, which has been ordered by the Monroe County Coroner. Members of the Monroe County Joint Task Force are conducting the investigation with assistance from the Wisconsin Department of Justice.

The initial investigation has yielded minimal information so far and police say when more information is known and available, the Tomah Police Department will provide an update.
