Questions Surround Potential La Crosse Build

Is the city of La Crosse playing favorites with certain developers on

projects in college neighborhoods? A couple of landlords with student housing near U-W-L are worried about the student high-rise proposed at 13th and Badger.  They say either they weren’t approached about the project before it was made public, or they’re concerned that developer Marvin Wanders is getting breaks that other developers are not.  Wanders says parking is going to be a problem near campus, because students want their cars:
