Security Training Continues In Caledonia

As Caledonia prepares to institute the ALICE security program in all

schools, trainers had to come in and get a few things out of the way when talking about school shooters.

Superintendent Ben Barton says before the training, a few questions had to be asked to the district first.

ALICE stands for Alert Lockdown Inform Counter and Evacuate and is what school leaders are now saying should be taught to students in the event of a school shooting. ALICE should be in all schools in Caledonia by the fall.
