Where Are The Homeless?

But the seven people counted on the streets during a Couleecap survey last week definitely is small, compared to hundreds who are estimated to be using shelters or other services for persons in need. Kim Cable with Couleecap says there’s only so much her agency can do to reduce homelessness and unemployment

Cable says Couleecap is finding more families with children needing to seek shelter than were in the area five years ago.
