Walkers Budget Speech A Head Scratcher For One Local Lawmaker

The governor says the budget holds the line on taxes, reforms education, and cuts an array of state spending. Walker said his proposals would lead to freedom and prosperity for all, and help bring back the American Dream to those who feel left out.
