2 Hour Fire Battle In La Crosse

More than 20 La Crosse firefighters helped battle a blaze in a

house on La Crosse Street last night. The fire broke out at 919 La Crosse Street just after 6pm. Five WTC students live in the home, and all were able to make it out safely by the time firefighters arrived. It took fire crews about 2 hours to extinguish the fire. The home suffered severe fire, smoke and water damage. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
