Could Budget Halt UW-L Construction Plans?

Will the new state budget put a crimp on construction projects in the UW

System? Probably not projects that have started says UW-L Chancellor, Joe Gow. But down the road, possibly.

Gow says there’s still a mood in Madison to slow down state borrowing when it comes to the UW-System. Something Gow says everyone interested in the system will be paying attention to February 3rd when the state budget comes out.
