Monroe County Man Serious After Crash

A one car crash in the Township of Byron in Monroe County sent one man

to a La Crosse hospital. 29 year old Jacob Fowler of Tomah was driving on Highway 21 around 11pm Thursday night when his car left the road and went into a ditch. After hitting a driveway and going airborne, Fowlers car rolled 4 times leaving him trapped inside. After being extricated, Fowler was taken to Gundersen in La Crosse with unknown injuries. Alcohol is a factor in the crash which is under investigation by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
