Police Mum on Clark Case

La Crosse police say they will have no comment immediately about news of the latest discrimination complaint filed by a current officer on the force.  Anthony Clark, who is black, says he’s been a target of harassment and discrimination.  Much more so since he filed his first complaint against the department last year.  That complaint is still being investigated.  Meanwhile, the latest says he’s been the target of heightened scrutiny and discipline by the department.  Clark also complains that the city is clueless about poling minority communities.  Police have referred requests for comment on the case to a law firm in Milwaukee.
