Vision for Park’s Future Much Like Past

A second public hearing scheduled for this morning in La Crosse on what is known as the Myrick Center.  The city is creating a future plan for the failed Myrick-Hixon Eco-Park.  And future ideas for the facility, says city park and rec director, Steve Carlyon, look a lot like the past

A couple of community input sessions have come up with those guiding foundations.  That and feedback from public hearings will form a plan to move forward with at the center in the near future.   This morning’s public hearing starts at 9:30 at the Black River Beach Center.
