Inaugural Ball Head Butter On Bail

Two misdemeanor charges have been filed against the Madison man accused of

getting into a fight with two Onalaska residents during Governor Walker’s inaugural ball this week…

 

Robert Westman is due back in court next month on charges of 4th degree sexual assault and battery.  An Onalaska woman who attended the dance claimed Westman touched her without permission and repeatedly tried to kiss her.  A friend of the woman who tried to intervene reportedly was head-butted in the face by Westman.  A judge has ordered Westman not to drink, and to stay away from the two people involved in the incident.
