Another shot at junk food will take place in Madison in the coming legislative session.  Republican state rep Mark Born, chair of the new Public Benefit Reform Committee, wants to push again to limit junk food purchases using state food aid dollars.  That’s just one of the benefit programs in which changes could be made, says Born

A bill to limit junk food purchased with food aid passed the assembly this year but died in the state senate.
