Garbage Changes One of Top Stories For Year
Big changes in garbage collection turned into a big story for our newsroom in 2014. Cracked the top ten list of local stories at number 7. The cities of Onalaska and La Crosse both went to an automated service with single stream recycling and a mandate to recycle all sorts of stuff that just got tossed into the garbage before.
