Locals Keep Eye on Zamboni After CO Sicknesses Elsewhere

Ice arena managers everywhere are doing a double check after dozens got sick at two different rinks in the upper midwest this past weekend.  Carbon monoxide was to blame in both cases.  And, at least in the case of Lake Delton, it was the Zamboni that was responsible.  Which is why they pay very close attention to the Zamboni at the city’s Green Island Ice Arena, says City park and rec coordinator, Jay Odegaard

In Lake Delton around 80 got sick from carbon monoxide.  Dozens more at an ice arena in Fargo on Sunday.
