Arrest Made in Southside Robbery

An arrest in a southside robbery from earlier this month.  Cops say 18 year-old Nicholas Tweedie has admitted to stealing an older guy’s wallet and punching him in the process, knocking the guy down on an icy sidewalk.  Happened last weekend.  The victim was apparently followed from the Kwik Trip on South Avenue.  It’s video from that store that police were able to use to identify the three men involved.  Only Tweedie has been charged in the robbery.
