Health Educator Applauds Smoking Rate Decrease

At a record low, Wisconsin’s smoking rate isn’t nearly low enough.  Not for people like La Crosse county health educator Judi Zabel who says there’s still plenty of work to do to fight tobacco use in the state

A report from Madison this week says that the adult smoking rate is now at 18%, down two percentage points in just the last couple of years.
