Devil’s in the Details, But Lawmaker Likes Billion Dollar Surplus

Billion dollar surplus.  That’s what lawmakers in Minnesota have to play with in their upcoming budget, according to a report released Thursday.  Or, pretty close to a billion dollars, says Preston state rep, Greg Davids
