UW-L Senior, Chantel Banks is paralyzed from the waist down. From a car

accident in 2012 where she was not wearing a seatbelt. Her message of seatbelt use is featured in a new, Department of Transportation video, Zero In Wisconsin. Her first message?

Banks also says if only she had worn a safety belt that day she rolled a car after a 5 minute ride.
