Year Round School A Great Choice

Things at Hamilton School in La Crosse have gone so right with a year round

calendar, that Principal Steve Michaels says other school districts have come calling. A right move he says.

Hamilton’s format is based on a 45-15 calendar. During those 15 days off students can participate in optional half day programming where they can get extra help or enrichment opportunities. He updated the school board this week on the progress of the school since changing the calendar in 2013.
