Forbes Ranks Wisconsin Low For Business

Forbes has ranked Wisconsin number 32 in its annual list of best states

for business, dropping it three spots from last year’s ranking. State Representative, Steve Doyle says when it comes to the category of jobs, signage near the Wisconsin borders saying the state is open for business are not enough.

States are evaluated based on business costs, labor supply, the economic climate, the regulatory environment, growth prospects and quality of life. Utah came in at number 1.
