Veteran’s Day Breakfast 411
UW-L student athletes will serve breakfast to military veterans and others on
Veterans Day tomorrow in Mitchell Hall. Coordinator, Pat Stephens says veteran’s from all over the region are expected in for the breakfast and ceremony.
The event began 4 years ago when organizers discovered there were few events scheduled in the area to commemorate Veterans Day. This year, more than 800 veterans are expected to attend, the largest Veterans Day gathering in the area.
