Great River Trail Goes To Council

On Tuesday, the conceptual design for phase one of the Onalaska Great River

Trail project along the river front, will head to the Common Council for review and approval. If it gets approved, the design will then head back the designers to create a 30 percent mock-up of phase one. Land use and development director, Brea Grace talks about phase one.

Phase one could cost between $1 million and $2.5 million. Total package price…..$15.3 million.
