Seven years ago, he went to prison for keeping a stash of explosives and guns in his La Crosse home. 

Thomas Dworak of La Crosse is back in jail again…this time, as a repeat drunk-driver.  His sentence on the 2007 weapons charge, including extensive supervision, was scheduled to expire next year.  One of the conditions Dworak had to follow to avoid going back to prison was to not use alcohol.
