Fesitval And Burnstad’s Help Viterbo Meet Food Goal

Some alumni gifts to their old colleges can be fairly large…

Two guys who graduated from Viterbo made a donation weighing just over six tons.  Derek Burnstad of Burnstad’s Marketsand Mark Skogen from Festival Foods got together to give 12-thousand-500 pounds of food to a Viterbo food drive, in honor of the school’s 125th anniversary.  That food is being distributed to several groups in the community.  Viterbo will keep the food collection drive going, by doubling the eventual goal to 25-thousand pounds.
