A three judge panel from the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Monday

that the Wisconsin photo voter id law was valid. 4 weeks before the elections. Not a great time for that kind of ruling says Andrea Kaminski with the League of Women Voters.

Kaminski says surely some of the estimated 300 thousand registered voters in our state who do not possess a Wisconsin driver’s license or state ID will not have a chance to cast a ballot and have it counted on November 4th.
