out to his son, legal? That question is growing stronger and stronger as the days go by. So what is legal punishment? Gundersen National Child Protection Training Center’s Victor Vieth tried to answer that question.

Peterson was indicted on charges of injuring his son, after he allegedly beat him with a switch. Peterson says that is how he was raised and thought it was lawful. Vieth says the use of a switch, to most district attorney’s is not reasonable punishment.
