Extra Patrols Bring Underage Ticket Surge

La Crosse police are getting warmed up for the Oktoberfest weekend coming up.   Underage drinking tickets after this weekend are at over three dozen and counting.  Those tickets start at $250 and go up to over a thousand   Police put out extra patrols over the weekend specifically to deal with alcohol related offenses.
