Western Technical College Has A Business Contest For You

Thinking about starting your own business? You can test your ideas with a

group of area entrepreneurs and get a chance to win an $800 scholarship for an Entrepreneurship Certificate from Western Technical College. Tonya Wagner with Western Tech explains some of what they are looking for in a contestant.

Western’s Business Division, in partnership with CouleeCap, will host the challenge on Tuesday, November 18th. The challenge is for aspiring entrepreneurs from the community and the college to present a proposed business concept. Western alumni who own their own businesses will serve as judges and choose a winner. Deadline for applications is October 15th.
