Kabat’s 2015 Budget Lowers Spending, Taxes

Restraint is part of La Crosse mayor Tim Kabat’s budget for the coming year.  Kabat, releasing details today about his 2015 budget, says the 70 million dollar budget cuts spending and lowers the property tax rate

Under Kabat’s plan, owner of a median priced home worth about 121 thousand dollars will pay $1,486 to the city in property taxes for 2015.
