La Crosse Schools Receive Grants

Community Learning Center grants have been doled out for this year and some

cash is coming to La Crosse. Sue Peterson with the La Crosse School District explains who it is receiving the money.

Peterson says they money goes towards after school activities as well as summer and weekend activities. Not just for the school kids either.

The 4 La Crosse schools were chosen from a grant writing process that included 122 other schools in the state.
