Policy to Include Both Okotberfest Parades

Confiscating stuff along Oktoberfest parade routes in La Crosse could be a two day event this year.  The city’s board of public works this week approves a policy change so that the same rule that prevents set-up prior to midnight of parade day for the Maple Leaf parade, also applies to the Thursday night Torchlight parade.
